Thayne has been DMing various flavors of D&D for close to 20 years, and brings a wealth of expertise and an encyclopedic knowledge of the rules of 5th Edition. When not podcasting, he works as a game designer and developer – partly through the continuing development of his own pen-and-paper roleplaying system.

Bryan is the architect and creator behind the Damage Guild Podcast, a labor of love borne of his fondness for games and collaborative storytelling. When not podcasting, he employs his vocal and musical talents as a DJ for weddings and special events in the DC metro area.

Jay is the show’s editor and sound engineer, bringing his talents as a multimedia designer to bear in the post-production phase of each and every episode. When not podcasting, he flexes his storytelling muscle as a self-published science-fiction and fantasy author.
